| วัตถุประสงค์
: |
1) To determine whether the insulin secretory function, and insulin sensitivity status of non-obese type 2 diabetic subjects have differ from those of obese type 2 diabetic subjects.
2) In the subjects who consent for the muscle biopsy procedure, we will determine whether skeletal muscle of non-obese type 2 diabetic subjects have insulin signaling defects and activation of the IKK/I B/NF B signaling similar to obese type 2 diabetic subjects.
3) To determine the prevalence of autoimmune diabetes in the non-obese diabetic subjects.
