วัตถุประสงค์
:
1.Develop molecular tools (broad range nested PCR) for detection of culture-negative bacteria in animal specimens (dogs and cats), ectoparasites (ticks and fleas) and their environments collected from several locations in Thailand
2. Develop molecular tools (Multilocus sequence typing; MLST for 3 housekeeping genes and Multispacer typing for 2 spacer regions; MST) for both inter- and intra-species identifications of culture-negative bacteria
