วัตถุประสงค์
:
- To compare protein fractions separated by serum protein electrophoresis in healthy ducks and ducks during exposed with aflatoxin B1 at different concentrations
- To confirm some component proteins in the major fractions following gel electrophoresis and tandem mass fingerprinting analysis (TMFA) or by nano-HPLC.
- To search identified serum proteins as a biomarker in exposed duck.
-The outcome results can be served as a data-base for further analyzing serum protein expression profiles of other duck diseases or other relative proteomics project in avian.
