To establish human 3-D retina containing photoreceptors from human embryonic stem cells
To determine and localize expression of AdipoR1 protein in 3-D retina
To determine morphogenic activity of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) on outer segment formation of nascent human photoreceptors
To determine does response of outer segment genesis to DHA
