วัตถุประสงค์
:
The objectives of this study are:
1. To evaluate of ?-oryzanol, phytosterols, policosanol, and squalene concentration and composition in a landrace of Thai rice germplasm,
2. To exploit the superior genotype with high functional lipid substance to use as a breeding materials for improvement of nutraceutical properties in rice,
3. To investigate the changes of ?-oryzanol, phytosterols, policosanol, and squalene concentration and composition in landrace rice varieties during grain development.
