วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 To design and develop optimal liposome formulation as a transdermal delivery carrier for enhancing skin permeation of lipophilic using the computer programs.
2.2 To investigate the influence of the formulation factor (terpenes and co-solvents) such as types and concentrations on physicochemical characteristics of liposome (e.g., vesicle size, size distribution, zeta potential, drug content, entrapment efficiency), morphology, thermal properties, stability of the formulation and in vitro skin permeation enhancement by response surface method.
