วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 To re-evaluate the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of all antibiotics to be used in A. baumannii-BCP database against A. baumannii ATCC 19606 in our lab setup.
2.2 To create BCP profiles of A. baumannii treated with different classes of antibiotic using fluorescence microscopy
2.3 To develop an A. baumannii-specific image analysis pipeline that can automatically analyze cell morphology with the least human interference using CellProfiler program
2.4 To statistically separate each class of antibiotics based on A. baumannii profiles using different statistical analysis (PCA and LDA)
