To identify new human disease genes, to study their functions and to reveal the diseases pathomechanism of human disorders including a new type of skeletal dysplasia with bone fragility, a type of skin disease with susceptibility to squamous cell carcinoma, and a ventricular septum defect in Trisomy 21 .
