วัตถุประสงค์
:
The objective of this research is to investigate the effects of interfacial defect in FRP-strengthened RC beam on its mechanical behavior and durability through a series of experimentation and numerical simulation. A finite element (FE) model will be developed as a tool to gain more understanding of defect criticality in FRP-strengthened RC flexural members. This will form the basis for future design guideline regarding long-term durability and maintenance of FRP-strengthening system as a whole.
