วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1. Investigate the effects of encapsulating agents on physicochemical and thermal properties of spray-dried xanthone powder.
2.2. Evaluate the effects of storage conditions on the stability of encapsulated xanthones.
2.3. Establish a stability diagram allowing the prediction and control of moisture content and temperature of encapsulation at various spray processing and storage conditions.
