วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To develop high throughput quantitative assays for analyzing synergistic, additive and antagonistic antioxidant interactions in O/W and W/O emulsions
2. To understand how locations and/or types of free radical initiators affecting antioxidant capacities and interactions.
