2.1. To examine in a genome-wide scale what genes or processes are affected in the OsCam1-overexpressing transgenic rice grown under salt stress by transcriptome profiling using RNA Seq technique.
2.2. To characterize the putative OsCaM1 target proteins identified from cDNA expression library screening by examining their expression under stress and their overexpressing Arabidopsis lines.
