1) To compare and analyze workers' income, workers' satisfaction on job, labor cost, and workers' productivity in high-rise building construction.
2) To analyze effects of labor cost items on workers' income, welfare and satisfaction.
3) To identify cost-effective way for improving construction workers' income, welfare and satisfaction.
