วัตถุประสงค์
:
1) Clone NF-Y and Dofs transcription factor genes from Elaeis guineensis var. tenera
2) Characterize the expression profile of NF-Y and Dofs transcription factor genes involved in fatty acid and lipid biosynthesis
3) Identification specificity of the NF-Y and Dofs transcription factor protein binds to the promoter regions of the EgaccD and EgaccB genes
4) Functional characterize the NF-Y and Dofs transcription factor protein regulation to fatty acid and lipid biosynthesis genes that enhance oil accumulation in transgenic callus
