วัตถุประสงค์
:
- To study the strain effects on at the surface of the heterostructure of III-N and II-IV-N2 and extract the strain energy
- To obtain the average electrostatic potential, the dipole potential and potential profiles for different interfaces of the heterostructure of III-N and II-IV-N2
- To obtain the natural valence and conduction band offsets, the effective interface gaps and the natural band offset alignment of the heterostructure of III-N and II-IV-N2
- To assist experimentalist in design the suitable heterostructure from III-N and II-IV-N2 in optoelectronic devices
- To publish the research works with the international publishers
