วัตถุประสงค์
:
1) Assessment of the complexity and overall structure of the ciliary pore complex using electron microscopy, mass spectrometry and proteomics analysis and identify CPC components.
2) Localization of the major substructures and the molecular components of the ciliary pore complex and establishment of a more complete architectural view of the CPC of Tetrahymena thermophila
3) Localization and visualization of Tetrahymena thermophila ciliary barrier in situ
