วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 To synthesize the series AxCryNi1-x-yO (A = Li, Na, K; x = 0.05-0.30 and y =0.02) dielectric materials for electronic device applications by a novel sonochemical method.
2.2 To characterize the thermal, structure and morphology of the product samples by various techniques such as TG-DTA, FT-IR, XRD, ICP and SEM-EDS.
2.3 To study the dielectric properties of the product samples by impedance analyzer.
2.4 To investigate the effect of modification of monovalent alkali metals (Li, Na and K) on the structural and dielectric properties of AxCryNi1-x-yO materials.
2.5 To investigate the effect of concentrations of A (x = 0.05-0.30) on the structural and dielectric properties of AxCryNi1-x-yO materials.
