This study would like to clone and identify the sequence polymorphisms of genes coding for allergens of Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (Dp) the most common found house dust mites in Thailand. This study will also express polymorphic proteins of each allergen group. Allergen groups and polymorphic allergens highly sensitized by Thai allergic patients will be identified.
