1. Improving and providing rapid and accurate earthquake damage information to local organization (i.e. department of disater prevention and mitigation (DDPM)).
2. Evaluate and Plan to prevent and to mitigate earthquake damage effects to local stratregic infrastructure (e.g. schools, hospitals, local town halls, etc).
3. Provide knowledge regarding to earthquake disaster and risk mitigation to local DPMM in order to develop local emergency plan.
4. Determine and Understand performance capacity of local buildings in Thailand to resist earthquake load based on current seismic design code (DPT 1302, 2009).
