วัตถุประสงค์
:
-Study the structural properties, electronic properties, and complex stability of N2 on the Zn site in ZnO materials based on first-principles calculations.
-Address the shallow p-type defect complex and study the defect energy of formation in ZnO.
-Study the changes of properties and characteristics of nanostructure as a function of applied conditions (e.g. external strain, applied pressure, and temperature)
-Understand the relationship between EPR center observed by Garces and applied conditions.
-Publish two publications in high-quality scientific journal with impact factor greater than 1 (e.g. Physics Review B, Phys Status Solidi B)
