1. To study the diversity of Tubeufiales in Thailand and examine their morphology, isolate strains, and deposit the strains in MFLUCC culture collection.
2. To document the morphology and taxonomy of Tubeufiales.
3. To generate molecular sequence data from the strains, and construct phylogenetic trees of Tubeufiales. This data will be used to update the sequence data in GenBank and contribute to the understanding of the natural classification of this order.
4. To provide collect cultures for further study in the biochemical properties of Tubeufiales and try to discover new biological activities.
