Determine plant extracts in vitro that have inhibitory effects on CYP6AA3 and CYP6P7 expressed enzymes 2. Determine the extracts that show time-dependent inhibition effect on CYP6AA3 and CYP6P7, a mechanism-based inhibition characteristic 3. Purify and determine the chemical structure of the compounds with inhibitory effect 4. Study specificity of inhibitory effect of the study compounds 5. Determine insecticidal activity of study compounds against Aedes aegypti mosquito. 6.
