Three proteins, Heteroscorpine (HS), phospholipase and hyaluronidase will be focused as follow:
1. Protein will be cloned and overexpressed in procaryote system
2. Protein will be cloned and overexpressed in eukaryotic system (if necessary for their activity)
3. Protein will be characterized for their activity, stability, kinetics and substrate specificity.
4. Protein will be modified techniques (by site directed mutagenesis, for example) and improved for their activities and stability for using in various kinds of harsh conditions (high and low pH, high salt, high temperature, etc), especially for use in industry.
5. Protein will be studied for their mechanism of actions, if necessary.
6. Protein will be predicted for their three dimensional structures by computational modeling
7. Protein will be crystallized for three dimensional structures determination
8. Phospholipase will be preliminary tried for cook oil industry
9. Hyaluronidase will be preliminary tried for preparing hyaluronic acid as food supplementary for joint health and others
