1. To synthesize a first generation antigen presenter 3 that can efficiently present a low immunogenic antigen 1 to mammalian immune system and elicit more immune response.
2. To evaluate and compare the immune responses induced by low immunogenic glycan 1 and the covalent complex 2 (if time permitted).
3. To optimize for the optimum structure to be used as synthetic antigen presenting molecules.
