วัตถุประสงค์
:
1) To examine whether ?- mangostin could protect 6-OHDA-induced neuronal apoptosis by using flow cytometry
2) To investigate the anti-apoptotic effect of ?- mangostin on Bax/Bcl-2 ratio protein and p53 protein level in 6-OHDA-induced neurotoxicity by using western blot
3) To investigate the anti-apoptotic effects of ?- mangostin on caspase-3 activity in 6-OHDA-induced neurotoxicity by using colorimetric caspase-3 assay kit
4) To elucidate the anti-apoptotic effects of ?- mangostin on nuclear membrane integrity by using immunocytochemistry
