วัตถุประสงค์
:
1) To compare the performance of four DNA markers (trnL-F, nrITS, rbcL, and matK) in their ability to distinguish among the species of epiphyllous bryophytes occurring in Thailand.
2) To create a reference dataset of the selected DNA markers for future DNA verification and the development of metagenomic sequencing for epiphyllous bryophyte communities.
