วัตถุประสงค์
:
The goal of this work is to develop a portable, rapid and low-cost ?PADs with smartphone-based optical detection for study of CYP450 activities using CYP3A4 as a model enzyme.
To achieve the goal, the following objectives must be achieved.
2.1 To optimize the sol-gel formulation for the entrapment of CYP3A4
2.2 To develop ?PADs coated with CYP3A4 entrapping film and a smartphone-based optical detection
2.3 To validated the developed method based on ?PADs
2.4 To apply the developed method for assessing the effects of new drug candidates or medicinal herbs on CYP3A4 activities
