วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. the effect of sericin on the chemokine production and other allergy-related chemokines (CCL5, CCL17/TARC, and CXCL10/IP-10) in activated melanocytes and LCs with PEG,
2. the tolerogenic effect sericin on melanocytes and LCs indicating by TGF-? and IL-10,
3. The anti-melanogenic property and anti-tyrosinase effect of sericin.
