This project aims to study the three-dimensional structure of the Bs binary toxin using the X-ray crystallography. The structural protein analysis of binary toxin will provide considerable insight into the insecticidal function, and facilitate the detailed molecular mechanism of action and interaction of the binary toxin by mutagenesis studies.
