1. Identify patients with
- Euthyroid male (control, n = 12, ปัจจุบันมีแล้ว 7 ราย)
- Hyperthyroid male (before and after treatment, n = 10, ปัจจุบันมีแล้ว 8 ราย)
- Thyrotoxic periodic paralysis (before and after treatment, n= 6-8, ปัจจุบันมีแล้ว 5 ราย)
โดยผู้ป่วยทั้ง 3 กลุ่มมี อายุ, เพศ, physical activity ไม่แตกต่างกันและ 2 กลุ่มหลังมีระดับ thyroid hormone (T3) เฉลี่ยไม่แตกต่างกัน
2. Compare thyroid function test (T4, FT4, T3, TSH) in
- Euthyroid (control)
- Hyperthyroid (before treatment)
- Hyperthyroid (after treatment)
- Thyrotoxic periodic paralysis (before treatment)

3. Compare the protein expression (immunohistochemistry analysis of 1, 2, 1 and 2) of Na-K ATPase in muscle of

- Thyrotoxic periodic paralysis (after treatment)
4. Compare the protein expression (westernblot analysis of 1, 2, 1 and 2) of Na-K ATPase in muscle of
