วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To study the measurement modes in detection of the cotton spotted bollworm in the green okra fruit, the NIR spectra will be collected in the two different modes: transmittance and interactance. Then, the results will be compared and the proper measurement mode will be selected.
2. To develop the discriminated model for classifying the intact green okra contaminated with the cotton spotted bollworm, and the pest-free green okra using NIRS. The calculations of two statistical methods: principle component analysis (PCA) and partial least-square discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) are performed and their results will be compared.
