วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To characterized Burkholderia pseudomallei wild type and rpoS mutant autophagy induction in hepatocyte at early and latent time point of infection.
2. To identified the role of ubiquitination and LC3 associated autophagosome in killing mechanism of Burkholderia pseudomallei wild type and rpoS mutant.
